Modern Luxury Waterfront Home with Hot Tub, Dock, Kayak
This luxury, waterfront home is situated in an upscale community. The home faces West for excellent sunset views. The inlet is perfect for bird watching, fishing or watching dolphins swim by and offers fantastic opportunities for kayaking through the Eagle Point Park Wildlife Preserve. There are two kayaks and a stand up paddle board at the house for you to use. If you would like to rent a Pontoon boat, sailboat, john boat or deep sea fishing charters are a few blocks from home.
This vacation home is centrally located and situated about 35 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Tampa International Airport. The historical Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are minutes away on the Anclote River, where you can take a sponge diver boat tour, dolphin tour, sample the best of Greek cuisine and night life with lots of shopping.
Clearwater & St. Pete beaches are south about 35 minutes and have everything from parasailing to speed boat tours and Pirate ships. Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach hosts nightly evening festivals and shops, lots of live bands, and restaurants w/fresh seafood. Visit the new Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg.
Weeki Wachee is about 45 minutes north, featuring our Florida Manatees. You can rent a boat from the marina and canoe up the crystal clear river or tube down river.
Homosassa Springs is 45 minutes north: Manatees, exotic bird shows, otters, alligators and more.
Ybor City is found in Tampa and has many great shops, bands and is the oldest cigar capitol of America. While your in Tampa you can also visit downtown Channelside & Harbor Island featuring many restaurants and shops. Also the Florida Aquarium, one of the top aquariums in the world, Lowery Park Zoo, Museum of Science and Industry and Hard Rock Casino next to the Amphitheater.

Busch Gardens & Adventure Island in Tampa. LegoLand in Winter Haven. Sea World, Aquatica, Disney World, Islands of Adventure & Universal Studios are 1:45 minutes away in Orlando.

Beautiful sunset
Thank you for sharing your home. The sunsets were beautiful from the dock. The blue herons seemed to love our daughter. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Communication with host was fantastic! If I could rate above a 5, I certainly would!
This property in a safe neighborhood! The little dock out back is fun! Son had fun fishing out back! Not a whole lot of fish but enough for some fish and chips one night! Hot tub fantastic since water was still chilly and the wind was strong while we were there. We were so lucky it was windy cause it kept the bugs to a minimum! Bug spray would be a must had it not been so windy! The outdoor patio was so nice comfortable! Beds comfortable as well! Shower pressure in master bedroom weak but that’s probably the only downside!
Publix less than 1.5 miles away! Tarpon Springs sponge socks about 20 minutes away! Fred Howard Beach about 30 minutes away! Downtown New Port Richey with cute shops and eateries is 10 minutes away! Literally 75 minutes from Tampa!
The sunsets are amazing! And the herons always looking for hand outs😀.

A place to Kayak and relax!
This is a large, clean, and spacious home! Lots of places to curl up on a couch with a blanket and read a book. Our favorite place was the screened-in porch. The jacuzzi worked great. It is very nice to have kayaks available and to just walk out into the back yard and launch the kayaks. A couple of Great Blue Herons visited every day - so fun to be close to wildlife!

Right on the water, hot tub, beautiful home - who could ask for more? How about just lock up and leave check out! Didn't ask us to clean up or take out the trash or strip the beds or anything - wow! Really do want to stay at this lovely home again and take out the kayaks. Loved every minute! Thank you so much!

Lovely neighborhood
The property is located in the lovely subdivision of Gulf Harbors, a quiet and centrally located neighborhood. This property lends itself well to fishing and kayaking, all materials provided to do so. Dolphins were spotted several times and felt quite like a paradise.
The decor of the home is modern and enjoyable. There are tons of items in the kitchen to allow you to cook your own meals. The area has some great food including the vicinity to Tarpon Springs (go to Hellas) and on 19S, visit Thai Lanna 2.
The home lends itself well to youngsters with the bunk room.
