"My wife and I stayed 4 night in this updated 1700s cottage that was clean and cozy. I’m an early riser so I enjoyed the early mornings by the fire pit and my wife slept in. We visited a lot of the area places ie Strasburg railroad, sight and sound theatre which was amazing! Went to Amish and or Mennonite owned and or run shops and markets and just had a relaxing time when we return to the cottage . The Meck’s did a wonderful job updating yet keeping it from the era. "There are so many wonderful things about this place, which is why it is our favorite getaway destination. The property is beautiful, the loft is immaculate, and Stayce and Judd are the most wonderful hosts. This is the perfect place for animal lovers, particularly if you enjoy farm animals and dogs. We can’t wait to return for another stay."
