Beautiful apartment with absolutely stunning views. Well maintained property with all kitchen utensils needed, towels for showering and tea towel. Beds made up also. A bonus was a washing machine so able to wash costumes and towels. An airer was also provided.
Was extremely hot when we arrived at the apartment and unfortunately one window was broken so unable to open it in the frontroom. Once we worked out we could open the sky lights having a breeze through the apartment was more bareable.
Be aware that this is a loft apartment so you have to walk up quite a few sets of stairs to get to the apartment, there is no lift. So I would advise that really heavy suitcases would be difficult to carry to the top floor.
Unfortunately parking is not available at this property. On arrival, the bay for unloading was being used and did not come available until around 7.30pm. To unload our bags from the car would have meant stopping in the road at a busy time and blocking other traffic. Also the bottom carpark was full until around 8.00pm, which is ideally where you would want to park. We had to pay to park at the top car park on arrival to Newquay at around 12.00pm and wait until around 8.00pm until we could bring the car down to the bottom car park, and pay again, with our bags. Once you are able to park at the bottom, it costs, at the time of writing this, £7.00 for 24 hours.
On the whole, apartment amazing, views awesome. Parking and stairs could be an issue for some.
