"We loved how well stocked our suite was… it had everything needed, right from dish soap to laundry detergent. The pool was fabulous… grounds were beautiful. The only thing that I would say made me give 4 stars was that the restaurant closed at 7 and I was hoping for more options at the restaurant."

"We had a wonderful stay for almost a week! Our room had a beautiful night view of the city — very cozy, quiet, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Even though it was a very hot season, we had the choice of several pools to cool down, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. Parking is everywhere. The staff made our visit extra special. A big thank you to Restaurant Manager Scott and servers Lindsay, Shella, Andrew, and Kindjel for their friendly and attentive service during breakfast. At the pools, Mark and Gabriel were so welcoming and helpful — truly amazing! All staff are welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend this place. If we had to choose where to stay in Phoenix again, this would be our top choice. "

"It was the off season, so the lobby bar and the scotch library were not open at all. That was a huge bummer. The outdoor Antidote bar was open but the outside temps at 108 degrees was just too hot for the outdoor bar. Also, the lazy river bar only being open on Saturdays was a bummer. Otherwise, the room was amazing, the views, the staff, the room service, all really REALLY great. "
