"Each year we book a long weekend in early July to celebrate our anniversary. Weather the weather is good or bad the location is magical. The apartment is perfect, to be on the beach is such a treat, the staff are lovely, everything you need has been thought of. I would recommend for anyone wanting a moment away from the real world!"

"Lovely flat , very comfortable bed, all in good order with fantastically equipped kitchen and nice shower. Everything we needed was there, and host was quick to answer any questions. Not really for older couples, due to steps down from parking at the back, and parking a little tricky (which host did point out) Back area looks rather down at heel when you arrive, which is a shame considering how nice the flat itself is. "

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didnā€™t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldnā€™t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!"

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. "You can't really get much closer to the beach and despite their being shops below this wasnt that noticeable and we felt like each morning and night we had the beach to ourselves. The rooms were nicely decorated and well equiped, it was spacious but felt nice and cozy. A great retreat from the crowds on the weekend. The bar downstairs was nice and all staff friendly... so nice they even retrieved my phone from lost property and sent it back to me after we had lost it! We had a fantastic time...

"Please donā€™t let the outside put you off this apartment when you pull up. Once inside it is beautiful. Yes there are stairs to climb but it keeps you fit. There is a sea view from the lounge window. The decor in the apartment is modern, arty and colourful, we loved the bathroom. There everything you need in the apartment. Bed is very comfortable, selection of pillows to use."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay in The Loft. The apartment itself was perfect, with a very thoughtful welcome hamper and everything we needed for breakfast included. It was clean and spacious with a lovely loft living area for relaxing in the evenings. A 5 min drive to the centre of historic Rye which has many sights and eating options and a great base for exploring Romney Marsh, Camber Sands and Dungeness. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Overall good with one caveat and a slight disappointment. The house was very comfortable to live in for a week, very well equipped, lovely lounge, comfortable kitchen, conservatory and outside space for all the family. The one issue for us were the quality of the mattresses. The upstairs main bedroom was way too soft,and the downstairs front bed also too soft.
