"The hotel is centrally located along the river. It is a short walk to many shops and pubs. The Waterford Crystal factory is a 5 minute walk. Well worth a tour. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good with a good variety of choices."

The staff on reception was very friendly and the night porter was great when we needed access after midnight as had to pop out to do a pickup from the airport. Breakfast in the morning was a fantatstic selection, we got down early so everything was very fresh and breakfast staff was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything, will definitely be returning for another nights stay! "just a one night stay for ferry next morning. check in was a dream. the swimming pool was possibly the best hotel pool sauna steam room and jaccuzi ive ever been to. and the restaurant for dinner warm and friendly. the food was good too. just a shame we couldn't have the breakfast as the ferry was too early. maybe next time"
