Cute 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. 5 minute drive to the famous Flagler Ave and the beach. 3 minute drive to Downtown Canal Street. House sits on .5 of an acre so your have space to yourself.

House has everything you will need to stay. Living room with TV, wireless internet, couch, chair. Dining area has a good size table that seats 6. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, cups, pots, pans, etc. Full sized washer and dryer. Bedrooms have closets, night stands, dressers, king size bed in master, queen size beds in other two rooms.

Master bathroom has double sinks and a bathtub and shower. 2nd bathroom has a sink and a large shower with two shower heads

Sit outside on the front or back porch and just enjoy life.
