Beach Front Balcony in Lovely 2 bed/2 Bath Condo

You will love this condo! Our complex is gated with no public access nearby so the beach is seldom crowded. We supply beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, boogie boards.

We use a lockbox, all check-in and check-out is contactless. All laundry is done in hot hot water and dried on the highest heat. We recently added a REME-Halo Air purifier to our HVAC system. The REME-Halo kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The dual ionizers reduce airborne particulates (dust, dander, pollen, mold spores).

If you would like to make a reservation, using the 'BOOK IT' feature will be the surest way to secure your dates. Email is the preferred method of contact but you can always call if you have questions. Our calendar is up to date so please click the 'Rates & Availability' button above the photos to check for availability.

Our rental is a direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor of Smyrna Beach Club with a private balcony overlooking the beach. It has been updated with great features. We are located on the Southern end of New Smyrna Beach on a NON-DRIVING BEACH. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors,.......you won't be disappointed. We have a king bed in the master, a queen bed with one set of twin bunks in the second bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

We have equipped it with everything guests would need to enjoy a stay at the beach:

Beach cart for easy transport to the pool or beach
Reclining Beach Chairs (4-6)
Nets and Flashlights for Crabbing at Night
Beach toys

You really just need to bring sun block and your swim suit. Because it is located in the southeast portion of the building, it is a bright and sunny unit with views of the pool as well as the ocean. As a gated complex on a non-driving portion of the beach, you have less foot traffic thru the complex and the beach is always enjoyable. I have walked up and down the shore of New Smyrna and I have yet to find a better stretch of beach.

Lovely Condo on Non Driving Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Smyrna Beach Club. Loved that the owner offered us to arrive a night early since it wasn’t rented. The condo is well appointed and very nice. Beautiful beach views. We really appreciated that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring all of that. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot in NSB

Even though Hurricane Milton cut our stay short, we loved the time we got to spend in NSB. The condo is just as described/shown in listing and has everything you need. The complex pool is great and we met several very friendly owners. The sunrises and beach/ocean views off the balcony are fabulous. Justine’s instructions for checkin, parking and checkout were perfect. We definitely want to come back!!

Wonderful vacation stay

This was by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in here in New Smyrna. The condo was extremely clean, had comfortable beds, beach toys, chairs, anything you could think of it had. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and extremely accomading. Ive been coming here with my family for over 30 years and i can say this was our best!

Second time we stayed in this condo and it was terrific both times. Great beach area, view and pool. Other residents are very friendly. Only minor negative is we probably would not schedule during Bike Week again.

Beautiful condo

Property was exactly as listed, everything was clean, and everything u could need was available. Perfect beach vacation. Easy to get ahold of host, answered questions. Check in was easy, no problems. Only issue was wifi was very spotty and wouldn't stay connected. But everything else was great!

Wonderful stay at New Smyrna Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Condo had gorgeous views of the ocean, literally looked like you were on top of the ocean when you walked in the front door! If you are looking for a condo that you can walk to shopping, restaurants this condo may not be for you. But if you are looking for no crowds and a peaceful beach getaway, this condo is for you! We will be returning anytime we are in the area!

Perfect location and great home!

We loved the home and had a wonderful stay. We had a hard time figuring out where the apartment in the complex when we arrived in the middle of the night, but once we knew where we were, it was perfect! We had a lot of rain the week we stayed but we had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, where we stayed dry, and when we had an hour of sunlight, we were close enough to enjoy the beach and pool at a moments notice! The house was so well appointed we really didn’t need anything at all. Just food and beverage. There were chairs, beach toys, all matter of cooking utensils and both keurig and drip coffee makers. Our first time in NSB was a huge success! Thank you!

Great vacay

My elderly mother and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is on the 4th floor with great views from the balcony. The condo was clean, and the pictures are accurate. We spent most of our time on the beach; however, the pool area is large and was never crowded. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The owner was quick to respond when I was unable to locate the key cards for the front door. My only complaint is there is no washer and dryer in the unit; however, there are 2 washers and 2 dryers convenient to use at the end of the building on the 4th floor. (not all floors have washers and dryers). We had a great vacation and look forward to returning soon.

Great stay

We spent our spring break here with two young kids. The property is nice, and the unit has been nicely updated. The community itself seems to be mostly residents and they were all very welcoming to little ones on the beach and at the pool. Plenty of beach supplies. My little guy even caught his first wave on one of the surfboards! Beach access was quick and easy, right next to the pool. It was pretty quiet on this area of the beach, as it was about a 5-10minute drive to the “main” part of NSB, and about 20 minutes to Port Orange/Daytona Beach Shores. Plenty of kitchen supplies and the table had a great view of the water. Enough space for 4-5 people, but wouldn’t want to go much more than that. Balcony was great, ate every breakfast and lunch out there. King bed in master is pretty firm, not sure how easy/cost/health(cleanliness) it would be but would be nice to have a memory foam topper to soften it. Only other “issue” which we knew going in was no laundry in the unit. It is on the buildings floor, super easy to use with the app you can download, just not as convenient not being in the room. Outside of that, everything was just what we needed, even was able to add on one more night!
