2 bed 2 bath adorable beach theme condo w ocean views from lower and upper floors. Lower slider opens to pool area just steps away. Kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. 60 “ Flat screen smart tv in main living area. 2nd bdrm has 2 bunks that sleeps 5. Master has new bedroom set with King bed and 40” flat screen smart tv. Laundry room just steps from front door. Pool area includes charcoal grill, bathrooms and covered lounging area. All overlooking the beach/ ocean.

Great Stay!

2nd time staying here and planning on staying a 3rd. Love the atmosphere and location of this condo. Everyone is neighboring condos were great as well. Condo itself had everything needed plenty of room for relaxing when not on the ocean or pool. Comfortable beds and easy access to laundry.

Beautiful, quiet vacation

We had the best stay. We love New Smyrna and Ocean Club South. The condo was perfect for what we needed. There is more than enough space for the 4 of us. Mike was a great communicator when we had an issue with the AC and it was fixed immediately. The condo is clean and well kept.

Great Property

We love this property, as we've stayed here for years. This was our first year in this condo. Mike's condo was great! Super clean, and there were plenty of beds for the kids. Mike was great at communication. I highly recommend. NSB is a great family beach!

Perfect getaway

The location is perfect on a no driving beach and so quite it almost feels private. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Love the ground floor and being able to see the pool and ocean. Would certainly stay here again!

Great Location

My husband is handicapped, so this first floor location was great. He could sit outside on the patio or walk to the pool area to enjoy a nice view of the ocean. The area was not crowded and shopping was close by. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed.

Such an amazing spot!

We have been coming to New Smyrna for many years, and this was just a wonderful spot to stay. The place was so comfortable and fit our family of four perfectly. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Cant wait to come back!

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our 2 weeks in this condo. The owners were good communicators. I didn’t realize how much I would miss having a washer/dryer in our unit, but the ones at the complex were fine to use as well. Overall, nice condo and we would stay in it again.

We'll be back!

I can't say enough about the location of this property - it's on the quiet end of the beach and directly faces the ocean, with the living room sliding glass doors opening toward a small lawn, the pool and ocean. The pool and sundeck are wonderful and the steps lead directly onto the beach (sometimes the water if it's high tide!) The owners were extremely easy to work with and communicate with before and while we were there, even sharing that they have plans for some upgrades, which will be a great addition. The primary bedroom is great, and the second bedroom is loaded with beds (5 total bunks), so if you have kids, that's a bonus. Note that two couples, however, would have a more difficult time sharing this particular condo setup. Nice, appointed kitchen and living room area too. Oh, and the owners have left fishing poles and beach chairs for your use too! Highly recommend.
