Direct Ocean Front Cozy Condo -POOL RESURFACING ONGOING THROUGH Oct 2026–

  • ** Pool resurfacing and concrete restoration work being done on property currently September through the middle of December . Please be advised the pool will not be open until November 1. Otherwise property is unaffected in any other way may be limited based on where the work is being done during your stay, which I am not able to predict at this time .Gorgeous, renovated condo, directly on the beach. Bedroom has a super comfy king sized bed, and bunk beds in the flex space room. (Air Mattress provided for extra sleeping space if needed) Just show up and get to relaxing because this unit has all you need! Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, a stocked spice cabinet and a water filter directly in the fridge. Unit has an inviting outdoor couch on the ocean front patio. Coin laundry available on the same floor. All linens provided as well as board games, bathroom essentials, beach toys, umbrella, chairs and more! Conveniently located on a NO drive part of the beach, and shopping center across the street. One of New Smyrna's hottest breakfast spots and homemade ice cream shop, as well as a grocery store, souvenir shop, and gym. Minutes drive from Flagler Ave for bars/restaurants and shopping.

This slice of Heaven was exactly what myself, my DIL, and my 2yo granddaughter needed…. The room was amazing, the views spectacular, the patio was where we stayed the most, when not on the beach or at the pool.. The staff in the office were so precious and always kind!!!! We can’t wait to make this a yearly (if not more) adventure…. Thank you so much!!

This was a brief holiday for us after a conference in Orlando. No kids, just the two of us. The condo was great - comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and good air conditioning. Communications with the owner and condo staff were quick and responsive.We primarily went to the beach during our stay. Though there were plenty of people on the beach it was never "crowded" and we had plenty of space to stretch out. It was probably the best beach weather I have ever had.The location is great - both within walking distance to some restaurants and a grocery store, and close to shopping in food via car. We plan to come back some day - this was an excellent place to stay.

Very family friendly!

We had a great time staying here with our kids (7&8). They had everything you could think of for your kiddos. The location was also great and our kids loved that they could choose from the pool or walking 10 extra steps to be in the beach and the ocean. We have talked round and round how great this VRBO is and how we would 10/10 stay again!

Great place for a get away

We booked this condo for a short friends trip to just get away for a few days. The condos location and view was wonderful, just minutes drive to everything. The condo was exactly as pictured, all the neighbors were friendly as well as the office staff. Communication with the owner was easy and check in/out process was just as easy. Would definitely recommend booking this condo, you will not be disappointed!

Great condo!!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home here! It was so nicely furnished, very clean, cozy feeling, and the view was amazing. We would highly recommend it! It met the needs of the 2 of us staying there. It’s conveniently located…we enjoyed breakfast across the street 2 mornings and ice cream one evening. The owner was so nice and communication was timely and helpful. We hope to return one day and have already recommended it to family and friends.

An amazing Beach Vacay!

Janelle was a wonderful host in her beautiful home that provided everything we needed to have a wonderful beach trip! We arrived and quickly headed down to enjoy the pool and the beach. Check in was smooth, rest of property guests were lovely and friendly, and Janelle helped me when we were having trouble accessing the beach toys as well! I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have little ones as her home offers extra toys for kiddos as well!!

NDA Nationals 2025

Our stay was wonderful! We were in town dor the College NDA Nationals 2025 competition! The competition was held in Daytona Beach but we wanted to stay in a more quiet area and a place that was family friendly! This was perfect! we felt comfortable letting our teenager walk to the pool and beach alone! Morning coffee on the patio was perfection! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great location...great condo

This cute condo had absolutely everything you would need. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Would be good for a family with small children. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and even spices. Kureg for coffee or a small coffeepot. The king bed was super comfortable. An excellent location with easy access to the non drivable beach and plenty of good restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo.

Property is very clean and kept up every day. Pool is super clean and very enjoyable w lots of loungers that are kept clean. The condo was cleaned very well. The patio furniture needs a serious updating. It was wet and the cushions were very thin and old and never did dry out. They were mildewed and not comfortable at all. They are low and you are sitting looking out the bars like you are in a bucket. We were very disappointed not to be able to sit on the deck every morning The bed is very comfortable and has nice sheets. Plenty of towels and blankets. Well stocked. Kitchen was very clean and fridge was too. If you don't mind awful teflon scratched up pans there are plenty to cook w. They had a good, small crock pot slow cooker that we used everyday w ease. It was a real crock insert and healthy to cook with. The condo is located in an excellent location for getting around. The elevator was kept very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Coronado Springs. The place was spotless, comfortable, and refreshingly quiet. Pool and beach access were both lovely and incredibly convenient. The owner’s communication was prompt and professional throughout. We’d love to make this an annual or biannual tradition. Highly recommend!

The property was as described and pictured in the ad on Vrbo. The owner was very responsive. There was a beach view and the pool location was excellent. The unit is located near the elevator and parking lot which was very convenient.The condo grounds are attractive and very well maintained.I would stay here again.
