As you step inside this condo, you will be taken aback by the incredible view of the ocean. This oceanfront condo has a bright and cheery interior design with touches of teal and coral. The mood of this condo will give you the boost you need to enjoy your vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The living room features a comfy sofa and reclining chair, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures in a new beachside town. The wood tile flooring lightens up the space and gives it a more coastal feel. You might not be able to decide what to watch from the living room, the smart tv, or the ocean view. The living room also offers access to the balcony where you can get up close and personal with the Atlantic Ocean.

Colony Beach Club 201 sleeps four people in the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has peaceful blue walls and a comfy king-sized bed. You will sleep soundly in this bedroom to the sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. It also features a TV and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and TV. The second bathroom and washer and dryer are located near the second bedroom.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, Smart TVs, a DVD player, long-distance calling, a drip coffee maker, and a full-size washer/dryer.
