Ocean and Pool View Condo – Point East Condominium

  • Completely refurbished condominium complex on beautiful no-drive beach, completed in 2018. Beautiful views of ocean and pool from 3rd floor balcony, just steps to the beach. New flooring, freshly painted and coastal decor. Fully-equipped condo, just bring your swimsuits.

    Master bedroom has king bed and flat screen tv. Second bedroom has full and twin bed plus flat screen tv. Pull out sofa in living room. Two full baths. Patio table and chairs on balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with views of both the beautiful Atlantic and pool.

    Kitchen is fully-equipped with all dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
    Flat screen tv in living room and free wifi included.

    Smoke free and pet free.

    Elevator close to unit.

    Large oceanfront pool (heated in the winter), plus a smaller kiddie pool. Lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas on the pool deck. Pool area also has large covered clubhouse with flat screen tv, tables and chairs and gas bbq grill. Oceanfront shuffleboard courts and secured entrance to the beach.
