This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom unit offers 2 full size beds in the bedroom while the living room adds a queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleep space. Fully equipped brand new kitchen and bathrooms this unit is perfect for your next getaway! Televisions in both the living room and the bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Sea Woods offers something for everyone! 3 pools, Tennis, pickleball and shuffle board court and a complete fitness center on site. Located just a short walk away from the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

This is a pet friendly unit. If you are bringing your furry friends a $150 non-refundable pet fee will be applied to your reservation.

The beach is literally walking distance from the beautiful condo along with 2 pool locations nearby. The area overall was very relaxing with friendly neighbors. I would highly recommend booking if you're looking for a nice escape :)

Up to date and clean unit. Had everything we needed, and management was very helpful and responsive when the TV went out. Really appreciated their help and restaurant suggestions.

This condo was very nice. Great location and nicely updated with a beachy vibe. It was very close to one of the pools and right across the street from the beach. The check in process was very easy. We did have to run to the store for extra garbage bags and toilet paper, since there wasn’t any in the condo, but I’m assuming that was an oversight. Overall a really great place and I would definitely stay again.

This is one of the nicest places I stayed, best location, beach is nearly 2 minutes away with a private walk way. The place is very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Has a market place 5 minutes for convenient shopping, with small beach shops and breakfast place. Restaurants are literally 10-15 minutes away and food is excellent. You have 3 pools to choose from, one being heated in the winter time, gym and the area is beautiful for walks and bike rides. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

The floors could have been cleaner but overall the rest of the place was very clean. Might want to check behind doors. The bedroom door locks when pushed fully open due to the lack of any doorstop. We had to pick the lock a couple of times.

A number of issues could be improved: install handles for kitchen drawers as they were very hard to open, mattress covers of plastic were noisy and hot, uneven floor tiles, limited kitchen supplies(no sheet pan, mixing bowls),a vacuum would be easier than using broom and dust pan and mop. Tara was helpful in getting TV to work and replacing toilet seat. Enjoyed Sea Woods property, just not unit 211.

We had a wonderful host. The first place we got into wasn’t cleaned properly, the previous guests obviously had pets. There were some other items wrong also. I messaged Tara and she immediately went to work to make it right. She got us another place to stay and offered a refund on the first night. The second place, that she also manages, was excellent. A little dated but way better than the first place and very clean! Thank you Tara for making our vacation worth it!

Awesome can't wait to return.. Arriving process needs work..had to ask neighbors where office is finding condo is tough also villa had same number?..called emergency contact number they new nothing..nice place after looking for it for 40 minutes..after getting used to the setting it got easier..overall stay was great..when u arrive and receive ur paperwork somebody should escort u to ur rental..

This condo was perfect for accessing the beach (5 min walk) and Flagler Ave (10 min drive). It was clean and close to all amenities (Publix 5 mins away, breakfast joint nearby). Worked out great for our five day stay. Unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of the pool or other fun stuff at the condo, but it all looked awesome. It was a quiet location with plenty of shade, a rare find and much needed being so near the beach!

Nice condo for two people. Convenient to the beach and easy walk. Kitchen needs to be stocked better with dishes and cooking utensils. Some basic spices would be nice. Also, the bottom sheets need to fit the platform bed better. Overall a very pleasant stay.

All the foors were filthy dirty so you definitely don't want to walk barefoot in there. They didn't have any oven pans to bake in the oven. The parking is confusing because they don't tell you if you have a designated parking spot. They need to improve their selves.

This place is very clean and spacious. Great location too for going to the beach, within walking distance (5 minutes) and direct access to a quieter section of the beach. The beds were a bit small for parent and teen to share, but were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and most items to cook (we needed a cookie sheet or other baking dish and there wasn’t one). If you are flying in and have no beach stuff, you’ll need to buy your own. There were no beach items to borrow, including towels. There are tons of stores nearby though with good prices. We had the best luck at Dollar General. The pool was nice and clean too.
