Favorite Beach Getaway!

We just wrapped up our second stay at Win-San and can’t wait to return! Location is quiet but perfect proximity to restaurants, shopping, and beach!

Beautiful condo

Great time at this complex, hardly anybody there, condo was spacious and beautiful. Pool was great, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We stayed a week and had a good time

We stayed for a week in this condo and it was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was clean, the host provided plenty of necessary items (i.e. beach towels, chairs, toys). Would recommend!

Exactly what we wanted!

My family and I had an amazing time staying here! It is centrally located, beach front & no stress - which is exactly what we wanted for our family vacation. Melody was responsive and super friendly, making sure everything was as expected and we had what we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This updated elegant condo has everything you need for your stay! We loved being on the beach, great parking setup and the ability to walk out the door and enjoy many shops and restaurants on Flagler Avenue!

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We vacation in NSB every year. The location is perfect and convenient to walk to restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Melody, the host was fabulous to work with on booking, friendly and super easy to communicate with throughout our stay. To our surprise the condo was ready early and we were allowed an early check in! We will definitely book this condo again!

Beautiful location

Excellent space! Updated and great bedrooms. The location is perfect. Would absolutely rent again. We had chairs and more to use which was very helpful. Coffee was provided and other kitchen supplies.

This Condo is perfect. Melody and the owner went above and beyond to make sure this place was perfect for my girlfriends and myself for our 21 year college reunion. Beds were extra comfy, bathrooms very clean, kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and all the essentials. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Look no further this condo has it all! Super clean and has a ton of extras: 4 beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, umbrella/pop up tent for beach. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied, pool towels, comfortable beds, quiet complex. Pool overlooks the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. 7-11 is a few steps from the condo great for quick needed items. We thoroughly loved our stay here and will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The unit was newly renovated and very clean and had a nice view from the balcony. It was nice to have all the restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques within walking distance. Great location!

Nice clean and modern space with a great location

We enjoyed our time in New Smyrna at this clean property with a great location. With views of the ocean from the balcony and overlooking the pool, there's no need to drive anywhere. All the shops and restaurants were literally a few yards away. Check out the Beacon for breakfast or Cool Beans for your morning coffee.
