"Property was decent however the delay in communication and that our baby’s crib was not prepared or in the house as discussed and promised. We have a 2 yr old who needs a crib and after getting off a 10 hr flight the last thing we wanted to do is shop for a travel crib and spend more money. The microwave was not installed correctly and gave us problems at every use."

"Vrbo took my money then the host - who had ignored all my messages - told me when ,I reached him on the phone , that he was no longer renting the property. He and Vrbo are a shambles."

"Fay's place was our home away from home! We were traveling with our two young kids and it was great for all of us. Sparkling clean, 3 bedrooms/3 baths and a large backyard with a nice garden and patio area for the kids to explore. Fay was such a welcoming host, communicating with us the whole time and recommending places to go and eat in town. Oh and the location was close to everything! Bus stops, train stops, cafes, grocery, parks, and a fun kids gym too."
