Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Was chaotic while checking in. The hotel definitely is not prepared to handle large crowds and the elevator system takes forever for a large number of requests. The rooms are good for NYC standards and the bar was nice.

I paid extra for a room with a view. The room I is faced the back of another building and I was told anything above the twentieth floor is considered a view of the city. My wife and I had booked a Queen-size bed but were given an uncomfortable Full-size one instead, in a very cramped space. Neither of us slept very well, but we were given another room with a Queen mattress for our second night’s stay.
