Perfect little spot!

My buddy and I stayed here for a weekend, came in for a concert at MSG. 10/10 place! Clear communication from host, incredible location in Manhattan, checked all the boxes!

Great home base location

owners responsive and accomodating. close to MSG, subway. lots to shop and eat right outside the door. neighborhood seemed fine. busy. Apartment building seemed safe enough. Bed was comfortable, clean sheets. Can hear traffic, street work, rain dripping, neighbor above. It didn't bother us and ear plugs, large and small, are provided. no view. we didn't really want to open window and AC was running. Duane Reade sells small fans. or big ones. bring ice.

The location and apartment were great! The communication with the person helping the host was great! They were very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage later as our flight was later. Unfortunately we were unable to get any sleep as the people who live upstairs were screaming at each other and running around. This happened every night and every morning. This really made it hard to enjoy our trip as we got no sleep. There were ear plugs but they did nothing… I was also surprised that i was asked to clean the apartment (including taking out the trash) when i pay a cleaning fee. When i was cleaning i noticed dirty silverware (chocolate covering one utensil) and dirty glasses. I’m glad we didnt use much. All of which I was fine with but the noise made it unbearable.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and didn’t sleep a wink due to autistic child overhead screaming and throwing himself on the floor at all hours of the night. Do not let the owner fool you into thinking the kid is not there often.Also, it’s a big stretch to say the apartment sleeps 4. Yea, only if you yourself blow up an extra bed that then blocks the entrance to the bedroom.This place is a real rathole. Stay in a hotel if you intend to sleep

Very good value for the price-the owner was extremely attentive- it was great to continually hear from him as soon as we texted. The restaurant right next door was outstanding and it was great to go there after having a flight delay and getting in so late. Time square and the theater district were in close walking distance.

Awesome!

The location of the apartment was great and it was within walking distance to many sites such as Times Square, 34th street, Broadway, etc. Communication was wonderful, with instant responses to any questions I had while there and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

La comunicación muy agil y fluida. El piso tiene lo necesario para estar comodo. Ideal para 2 personas, para 4 personas es un poco pequeño puesto que necesita colchon hinchable. Entorno ruidoso.

New York with teens

Stayed in the rental for 3 nights - ideal location. We found good pizza, bagels, and diverse restaurants right outside the door. The communication with the owners was exemplary. I'd highly recommend this as an affordable, small place to stay.

Mini vacay

Perfect space for the three of us. And perfect location to Timesquare and the subways for venturing out. Hector is easily available and Eliana was the sweetest showing us around the place.

Good for the price and the location

I spent 3 nights there in February with 3 friends.The plus side: the price was reasonable, with all we needed in the apartment to cook. And the location is great to go around NYCIt was clean except for one blanket we had to use as it was cold for 2 nights.We had no control over the heat and it was stopped at night with no extra heater in the apartment.We had an issue with a water leak. Luckily it was taken care of quickly.The host has a lot of pictures of himself on both sides of the wall in the living room where 2 of us were sleeping. I found that a bit much for a place people are paying to stay in.

This apartment was perfect!! The unit has everything needed, it was clean, and the location couldn’t be better. The setup in the apartment was spacious & very comfortable. The heat & hot water worked well. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, anything you can think of. Super close to the subway and easily walkable to Times Square and other popular places. The host communicated as soon as we booked, a few days before, and on the day of. I was unfamiliar with the subway system and getting out of the airport, but the lady who met me at the unit reached out and gave me clear and detailed step by step instructions for terminal bus/subway directions to the apartment. That was a huuuuge help as I was so confused at first !! When we made it to the apartment, Eli met us at the door and showed us around the apartment and gave us all info needed. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed every bit. I would definitely rent again & recommend to anyone! 😊

O apartamento tem tudo que precisa, é charmoso e bem localizado, bem próximo a times square, indico chegar de carro devido grande número de pedestres na região “ruim caminhar com mala”, local limpo e agradável, estávamos em 3 pessoas e consideramos ideal, o anfitrião gentil, metro, mercado, lojas etc, bem próximos. Great location and host

The host is friendly / helpful and even greeted us at the front door, and gave us an apt overview upon our arrival. The space is adequate, with a bathroom on the small side, but not unexpected for Manhattan. Location is great - just a couple of blocks from the Times Square subway station, and walking distance to Broadway shows. Kitchen appeared well stocked, thought we only used the coffee machine and fridge since we ate out during our stay. The bedroom has lots of closet / drawer space and comfortable queen sized bed, and there are plentiful electrical outlets throughout the unit. This is a 2nd floor walk up without an elevator, and the stairs are relatively steep. so be sure to take this into consideration if this will be a challenge for you. While not under control of the host, the upstairs neighbors are very loud, with yelling, pounding / running footsteps (children), heavy items dropping even at 4am, which can be disturbing if sensitive to noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment served our needs quite well.

Good host and area, neighbors are loud

The host and the apartment were amazing. No complaints kept in good communication with us. The apartment was perfect for a nice little getaway. Near time square and everything. The only problem we had was the upstair neighbors. It would be here and there during the day with running and stomping. But around 7pm going into 3 am there would be screaming, yelling, stomping and jumping. Nearly in possible to tone out even over the TV and earplugs. They would shake the apartment with the amount of stomping going on.
