Do not stay here

Everything was terrible. The room was disgusting, and in the basement. We were given the wrong size room, and the person at the front desk was horrid to deal with. The room didn’t have a lock, the bed was held together by duct tape, and there was mold in the ceiling in the shower. The surfaces were sticky, and everything was stained and gross. Would not ever recommend to anyone.

The hotel does not have the name on the building. The check in was good. The room is small (i expected that). The bed was hard, there is a lot of deferred maintenance. There were two half smoked joints left on the closet top. The refrigerator did not work. The shower has a water restricted head that gave you a drizzle shower. The carpet was stained.

Worst hotel stay ever!!!

Upon check-in, I was notified that the tv wasn't working. After a lengthy discussion with the clerk and asking if there was something that could be done to rectify the situation, I was met with a disrespectful and non-empathetic NO! Once in the room, I quickly noticed how dirty the carpet and areas around the room appeared. The garbage from the previous occupant was not emptied. Before retiring to the bed, I used the bathroom and flushed the toilet. When I awoke, I noticed that the toilet was clogged. I called to notify the front desk and was told housekeeping would be there shortly. No one arrived. When checking out, I explained my stay to the clerk at the front desk and was abruptly interrupted and told that if I have a concern, it should be addressed by the booking agent online.
