The only downside was that the elevators were overcrowded because at least one was out of service. I met a mother and kids taking the stairs to their room on the 19th floor. (They squeezed into our on the 5th)

Very nice - very close to times square but very quiet - stores and restaurants are very closely located. The room service does a perfect job, the elevator times were also very acceptable. I'd gladly come again!

Room was nice and quiet. Only one elevator was working for so many floors and rooms. We had to take the stairs tired of waiting. Luckily we were on the fifth floor.

Good location if you want to be close, walking distance to Broadway, timesquare and central park Lifts are old and you may have to wait for a long time before catching one..

Staff is unbelievable! They are so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a fair size. Only complaint is with the elevators. We had to go use the stairs a few times because the elevators were so very slow (one time we were literally waiting over 10 minutes so we decided to take the stairs, down of course).

Needs general maintenance; broken shower handle, elevators inadequate too slow, elevator had broken bar exposing 3 protruding elements, coffee machine located in place not functional.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff made our stay fantastic. We also included the breakfast option and we were glad we did. Excellent service of a buffet style breakfast to start your day.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Elevator situation was horrible. Half hour minimum just to catch the elevator to leave or get to the room. Most times only 1 out of 3 worked. When there were 2 operable 1 would not work 100% and stop at every floor.
