I loved the check-in and checkout process. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lobby and room was beautiful and the pricing is very low considering the area and proximity to all the nice places in Brooklyn. This was a fine low-cost motel. It was clean and well equipped, but they were crazy drugged people up all night, screaming and banging on the walls which really made it. A bad experience probably won’t choose a similar situation ever again.

The staff did their job were not hospitable or friendly. The reservation was for four people and the room had 2 towels, no wash cloths. When I asked for towels and washed cloths for our party size, I only received two towels by someone who seemed bothered. The refrigerator in the room smelled rancid, and the cabinet was off the hinges. The walls were filthy and the woodwork was all messed up. There was an undisclosed dirty spot on one of the quilts. The pool/spa hours are strange. I took my son to the pool at about 8:30am. The pool opens at 8:00 AM. They allowed us to enter the pool before checking chemical levels and water purity. The pool in the hot tub were balanced with chemicals while we were in it. That’s something that should have been done prior to opening the area for health risks not after and while people are in it. The pool area also looked very poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the pictures. The waterfall backdrop is not running, and the steam room’s tiles are missing many tiles. I would not recommend this hotel. The hours of the amenities are very inconvenient, poor service, not clean and overall inadequate. Not to mention health risk concerns. I recommend that the health department audit their amenities. As someone who works in government in my locality, I have had the opportunity to work alongside the health department and I believe that this is a site that could see many violations due to high health risks

Rooms are outdated. A lot of items were broken and should be replaced. The air vent made a noise all night and took a whole day just to get to 67 degrees. The temperature outside was below 40 degrees. Staff was not helpful at all and Expedia could not get in touch with them. The pictures are very deceiving.
