The staff at Hotel Hugo was so accommodating, kind, polite, and ready to assist. Hotel was about 10 minute walk to the subway stations, which was perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hugo. Thank you.

Disappointed with the way they charge you on the first day (with security deposit) and then charge you again without the security deposit on the last day. Then basically you get charged twice and tell you your bank will fix it in 10-14 business days. No parking when it said they had. Otherwise, convenient location for us as we drove to Manhattan. Safe for travelling with my toddler son.

Third time at this place and I always love it!! Great location and love the food at the coffee place downstairs. This was I think the first time that I did notice a few staff members that were ruder than I expected. Specifically, someone at Main Desk when I called inquiring about check out times. Just my preference but I usually appreciate a response when I say thank you rather than a half grunt and hanging up on me. Little put off from the interaction.
