This hotel is awful! When I booked the hotel through Expedia, I selected the "Pay at Hotel" option because there were two of us and we were splitting the cost. This was on a Wednesday and we were to check in on Saturday. Saturday first thing in the morning the hotel charged my credit card for the full amount even though check in was at 3pm and we hadn't even arrived to the hotel yet. We were coming from out of town and didnt reach the hotel until about 5:00pm. The room we stayed in had mold and mildew just about everywhere. There was mold by the AC, mold behind the door and in the bathroom. The carpet was coming up in certain parts of the floor and the ventilation system happens to be right behind our bathroom and it made so much noise and rattled non stop. There is not enough parking either! And the parking that is available is on first come, first serve basis. Overall I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, the neighborhood isn't safe, and there's a bunch of pimps running around

It was JUST okay.
The vending machines weren't restocked and when I tried to make a purchase it just took my money.
Bathroom could've been cleaned better by a 5 year old.
Bedding was old and run down.
I've been here a couple of times before and it was really nice but with time it's gotten worse.
I found a roach in my room, told the front desk attendant, so she offered me a non smoking room. I explained to her that I didn't want a non smoking room and the only reason I selected this hotel was because it had smoking rooms. She couldn't help me so I was stuck in that room, even though I didn't sleep in the room. I spoke to the new front desk associate the next morning I went back to the hotel to get my things, and she asked me if I still had the roach. My phone was dead and couldn't take a picture. With all of that said she said she couldn't help me. I'd have to call back. By far one of my worst experiences ever
It was AWFUL!!!!!!! The hotel was in a horrible location and the office smelled like pot and the marijuana smell was so strong on the third floor that we had to put towels at our door to stop the smoke from coming in.
Toilet handle almost fell off, mold was in tub, counters were dirty, hand prints were on the ceiling.sheats and pillow cases were dirty and smelt like sweat. WIFI was not worth the trouble because it bairly worked.
I really enjoyed my stay. The one thing i didnt like was i was near the elevator and it kept sounding like someone was messing with my door. Very disruptive especially when you are trying to sleep. The rest of my experience was pleasant the train wasnt even as noisy as some of the guest passing by my door though.
I liked the room and the hotel itself. But 2 problems, you can hear people chatting in the lobby from the room because our room was right by the lobby. And the location was really the ghetto part of Brooklyn. Not coming back unless it's an emergency
Hotel was not clean, smelled weird, RIGHT next to a loud train. Staff was not friendly and kept me at the front desk waiting while they texted. Never again.

I wanted early check-in but there was nothing available, so I waited about 2 hours before my room was ready. The room was clean. I traveled solo so the room size was perfect. Surprised they had dish tv. They had a computer but no printer. I didn't try the breakfast it was too early for me. If you have a family or on a romantic getaway, this may not be for you. If you and your friends are looking to get lit in Brooklyn or greater NYC. This is more your speed.

Never will stay again...
Hotel itself is not so bad, but location is sooo bad, right a cross a train station and some bridge where was construction work. AC works too loud. Don't stay with kids in that place.
