We stayed in the Maple House for 3 days during our vacation in New York , and as it was our first stay place alongside our other trips throughout the states , it exceeded all our expectations and was one of the best stay vacation spot . Sean , the host of the house was in touch with us all the time , offering help with anything we needed and furthermore he was really friendly and kind . The house is in the perfect location, close to Prospect Park and 3-4 blocks away from subway station, all necessary stores were close by . The perfect stay place for those who loves comfort , and wants to feel at home whenever they go .

Our family had a wonderful experience here. The location is central with subway, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and tons of good restaurants and bars close by. The kitchen was well appointed and several good spaces to spread out into with our large family. The kids loved being able to "escape" downstairs and enjoyed sitting around the large dining table together. We made some great memories and look forward to returning in the future.

This place was the perfect home base for our group of 8. It was close to tons of restaurants and a short walk to several metro stations. Highly recommend the Maple House, such a beautiful cozy space for our large group of 8. My husband and best friends all couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable everything was, it made coming home after a long adventurous day in the city so relaxing and peaceful. This home in Brooklyn was ideal for my family to stay for a wedding weekend. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable beds, and the outdoor space and laundry was a plus! The host did a wonderful job of providing us with kid friendly equipment, and we enjoyed watching football and baseball games as a family in the lower-level TV room. Sean was great even before we got there! He worked with us to get an early check-in time that worked a lot better for us. I asked him for advice on getting a winter coat, and even though I didn't take him up on it, he offered to pick one up for me in store if I ordered it online. That's incredible hospitality! The house itself was perfectly clean, and we loved the neighborhood. Definitely a highlight is the downstairs bedroom/hangout area! On our last night we gathered up down there for a night in watching a movie. Even when we hit single digit weather, the house stayed warm too. We really loved our stay, and highly recommend it!

What a special rental property in a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood. The home is lovingly renovated with attractive and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces.
