The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. There was easy parking and, apart from nearby construction which started at a reasonable time in the morning, the area was quiet. The hotel could do with an update / repaint and the breakfast option was only pain au chocolat with coffee or juice (rather than all the options shown in the photo).

Our flight was cancelled and we were unable to get another one for a couple of days. We were appreciative that we were able to get a room but the room was not clean. Sheets and towels were dingy. Carpet was filthy. As a positive, the staff was very friendly.

Great Value for Families

Great location for a family trip to NYC. The hotel is not in the best condition, but since we were just wanting a place to crash at night, this was not a problem. And this was the cheapest place by far. Great value as it was about a half mile walk to a train that would take you into Manhattan.

The colorful room lights are amazing. The staff very friendly. My only feedback for improvement Would be to include more towels in the bathrooms, and for the televisions to have the option to connect to the Internet or to other apps.

Everything was very good. Nice people that helped us a lot with good informations and a very warm reception. We love to stay at Super 8. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be very close to Manhattan with several supermarket options, public transport and restaurants around.

Last minute trip into New York for a funeral and ended up staying at this establishment. I understand it’s a super 8 but room was dirty, no shower curtain, and bathtub was black. Stains in sofa, lamp shades, and walls.

Convenient with Parking

Having parking was amazing. Cozy. Small rooms and house keeping came in the room without knocking. But overall friendly staff. AC worked great. Came with coffee maker and refrigerator. Our room even had a partial view.

I liked that we had groceries store nearby and 10 min to the subway station. The linens and towels were clean. Was surprised that the breakfast included was a yogurt and a granola bar...but the main reason i give 3 stars was bathtub was iuky also on the floor was dirty and some garbage under the beds...
