1st time I have experienced a hotel where no soap is provided. Even towels are are not kept in the room and we need to ask for it. Location is the best and rooms are spacious.

Worst hotel I have her stayed in, and I travel a lot! No towels, no soap, no shampoo, no Wi-Fi. Cannabis dispensary across the street made the whole area smell. I had to go and buy my own towel and shower supplies. The staff said “their shipment didn’t arrive”. Doesn’t explain the lack of towels! They didn’t seem to care. Staying at this hotel is like going camping with a bunch of hippies in Herald Square.

The location was great, we could walk to a lot of the places we want to go and there was a subway station right outsided The staff was very kind and understanding and made our stay wonderful. I would stay here again when we come to NY.
