Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier.

The hotel was in an excellent location walking distance to nearly everything! The hotel and room was nice and clean. Very small rooms, very expensive. The check in process was horrible!
