"Very pleased with the cleaning staff; I got lost coming out of the lifts to go to my room and was helpfully redirected by one of the ladies on her cleaning rounds. Staff were polite and courteous. The wait at check-in took a while as a lot of people arrived at the same time; my turn was treated with the utmost courtesy and apologies."

"- Staffs were very friendly upon check in. Clear communications. Check in was super easy. - They gave us free coffee and snacks as an Expedia VIP. - Room was cleaned and well equiped - Quiet area - Main issue will be the parking situation. Limited parking spots on sites, however there's more off sire, but will need to walk a bit. - View outside the hotel was amazing."

"Overall we liked the location and amenities of this hotel. The food at Katsura was very good and the room service was fine. Our biggest issues was about noise. One of the nights we stayed there, they hosted this huge event right out in the lobby. The noise echoed around the whole hotel and this party actually blocked access to parts of the hotel we needed to access. This went on until after 10 pm. We understand that it was a Saturday but this was a travelers hotel and many folks, us included, had to get up early for excursions."

"A nice cozy hotel situated in the Five Miles shopping village, where you can find a supermarket, shops and restaurants nearby. Away from the busyness of Queenstown, it is in close proximity to the airport and a ski field. The surrounding area is safe. The room is quiet and clean. Staffs are helpful. Great for families with children. We have stayed here twice in the past 2 winters, and will return in next ski season for sure."
