"The apartment was perfect for one person. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The deck was great for getting some sun and making phone calls. I was 5 mins from the Will Rogers Memorial Center and was within walking distance of restaurants. Shopping, Starbucks and great restaurants were all about 5 mins away give or take."

You will hear some dim bulb take his car out of the garage that is directly underneath the unit. That dude would just sit in his car and rev the engine. Manageable, however; he has some garbage aftermarket...
