Comfortable room, coffee 24hrs a day. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar in the lobby is really good also. The computer business center is useful. The only negative is that the hotel is across from Carteret so if you dont have a car its quite a distance to walk for shopping.

Everything seemed outdated. The couch, chair ottoman along with curtains were quite dirty. We wouldn’t sit on them without a cover. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable surprisingly even though the comforter was pretty much a sheet and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor.

My stay was good until the am arrived and the housekeeping team continuously keep slamming doors while cleaning the rooms! As soon as I will call back to sleep, I would jump out of my sleep with fear due to the slamming of doors! I have trouble sleeping at night, mostly early morning hours I will finally be able to sleep. So of course, once I can get a good sound of sleep I’m glad. But there is a problem when people are slamming doors that can wake up the nation!
