"The staff here is so nice and friendly and was able to accommodate us late into the night after we left our previous hotel due to terrible service and a dirty room. The hotel here is either newly remodeled or is newly built. I am leaning towards newly built since everything is so nice and clean. Nothing smells in the rooms. The AC is working amazingly. There is no AC smell at all. The bathroom is nice and brand new with no mold. The beds were clean and well kept. The view was also very nice and...

"The hotel meets basic needs and that’s about it. It’s clean. Our only real problem was that our shower barely worked. It was a literal trickle and we could barely wash."

"I booked a family stay at Aiden by Best Western traveling with my 4 children, and the experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish.  Safety & Security Concerns: Two men knocked on our door late at night while deliberately covering the peephole so we couldn't see out. "Super clean, free shuttle to airport and amazing staff!"

"If you're a light sleeper be forewarned the HVAC is loud, at least it was in my room. I was woken by it several times in the night. No issues with traffic noise. Easy to reach and convenient to transit. Staff were able to get me into my room early which was greatly appreciated."

"Love staying here, so convenient to the stadium where we were attending a game. Nice restaurants around the hotel too. The breakfast was quite good, lots of variety. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"saw cockroaches in room"

"Housekeeping should do a little better (there was hair in the sink when we got there), but everything else was fine. The staff were very helpful and kind!"

"Great Food, Great service on everything."
