Staff was helpful, breakfast was a little disappointment-paid ahead for breakfast but it wasn’t as described. Evening live band in the lounge was very nice! Needed assistance with thermostat it wasn’t working at 11 OM a young gentle arrived promptly with a huge smile and reset in minutes!

Staff was very friendly, broom was very clean, close to the train station, great pizza place across the street along with breakfast bagels. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey however, coffee was free. Will definitely stay there again.

I was flabbergasted by the friendliness of front desk staff and their focus on my needs each time I stopped by. Combining that with the convenience of the location (right across the street from the train station and parking much more affordable than in NYC), this hotel is a real gem.
