Room was roomy and clean...bring your swim suits because they have a nice pool and hot tub. The only complaint was we were at the end of a hall with a door that went outside and they need to make it so it doe not slam. And some kind of contruction or moving furniture was going on above us.

I will start with the positive: the linens and the bed was comfortable, the popcorn and cookies was a nice touch to have. That is where it ends sadly. Our king suite was outdated, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the heater was extremely noisy, the wall insert for Kleenex was barely hanging on the bathroom wall, and the room was just tired. I know that for what we paid for the room, I’d never go back.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The person checking us in was unfriendly and actually rude. We stood for at least 3 minutes before she looked up from her computer and bluntly asked my name. She then checked us in with minimal communication. She let us know the hot tub hours, but the several time we went there it was covered. The morning staff were friendly. The breakfast staff and front desk person deserved compliments but unfortunately our impression of the check in staff and the condition of the hotel had us anxious to just get out of there.

We were not happy with only a hot tub and not a pool. When you pay over $200.00 a night you expect it. Major disappointment Staff very good.

I loved the hot tub and how friendly most of the staff was. Especially one of the older ladies at the check in she was very kind and helpful. I also loved how there was always delicious free freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and popcorn. I thought too that the gift shop in the hotel was super cute. I did however have mixed feelings on the way you had to request fresh towels, cleaning and your beds being remade etc. I understand them not wanting to bother the customers but I also never thought it was hard to hang the do not disturb on your room door.
