"The spa and the availability of both the indoor and outdoor pools was great! A slight shame about one of the saunas being closed for repair, but the other one was good too. The staff were incredible and very helpful!"

"The room was clean, it had a room safe, a tea kettle, but need to make nescafe, no real coffee. It offers a great breakfast. It conveniently located for visiting Bath. Staff was good"

"Ukrainian concierge was brilliant once more. Valet parking worked well. Room as cramped. The handle fell off the wardrobe door. Food and service in brasserie for dinner and breakfast was OK but the background music was appalling."

" If you’re hoping for a relaxing stay, this hotel may disappoint unless you’re on the top floor. Our first night was ruined by constant creaking floorboards from the room above, and although we were moved, the same issue occurred again. The rooms are in need of a thorough deep clean and proper soundproofing. To make matters worse, we were very disappointed with the lack of concern shown by staff when we raised these issues at check-out. Overall, the experience was poor and not worth the price paid. "

"Lovely accommodation and very very clean which was fab and appreciated, except for spider webs at back of door to walk in wardrobe and lots of dust right by bottom of bathroom sinks which is probably difficult to get a vacuum there.Bar shut at 830pm on sat evening which could be helpful to be told that at check in.Lovely site and position though, would return and recommend."
