The phone in the room didn't work. Neither did the "home" button on the tv. The front desk was not reachable by whatsapp nor phone. So "room service" involved walking several hallways to the elevator, going into the lobby, and ordering from the bar. What's the point of room service at that point? ...

Aparthotel Adagio Edinburgh Royal Mile
Hotel was in the perfect location to explore Edinburgh. Had one small glitch in that our tv wasn’t working but staff did what they could to try and fix it to no avail. Did offer us a complimentary breakfast so did something for the minor inconvenience.
