"Refrigerator was on and barely cold even with temperature turned all the way up. Only milk , tea , coffee and granola bar available to grab on the go. No ventilation in bathroom so every time someone showered, next one had to take a towel and try floors and walls because the whole bathroom has sweated terribly"

"We stayed there due to an event we were competing in close by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Rustic is an older building, but well maintained. More well maintained than a lot of the more expensive name brand places. The linens were clean, the furniture in great shape, and they provided plenty of towels and pillows in the room, so much so you didn't need to ask for anything.
