"This hotel is far from perfect. My room was a bit dingy and the heating didn't work. This would normally be a deal breaker for me but the staff was so nice and the place was oddly comfortable, so I liked it more than I should have.
The breakfast was very good."
"It’s an average hotel that does the job. Having to request and wait for an iron and ironing board doesn’t feel very “4 star”. Decent location for what I needed though and usually a decent rate compared with some other hotels in Reading city centre."
