Studio apartment with bath, kitchen, and bedroom/living room/dining area. Fully furnished with washer and dryer, Ideal for couple with one queen bed. Studio apt. on lower floor of my home with separate entrance. Not easily accessible for guests with walking related disabilities. Picture included is of cement steps not path. Ten minutes from downtown Newburyport. Thirty minutes to Portsmouth, NH and Gloucester, MA.

Perfect room and close to the beach

Our go to place for vacation on Plum Island. A short walk to the beach and also a quick drive over the bridge into Newburyport center. Highly recommended.

Great location just minutes from the beach and The Sunset Club. A short drive into Newburyport center to the restaurants and shops, harbo and whale watch tours. Highly recommended !

A charming hide-away....

Ed's place is a perfect spot to enjoy Plum Island - close to town, to the beach and to the Reserve. It's cozy and charming. We very much enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon.

Nature's Serenity

It was a beautiful little spot, tucked away in the trees and nature, with a short walk to the beach. Relaxing, peaceful and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.

This was a perfect beach getaway for our long weekend. We were looking for a place within walking distance to the beach. It is basically an efficiency apartment, not fancy but well furnished, comfortable and quiet. Ed is a great host and we will be back!

Our second stay in Ed’s apartment. Perfect location, nice outdoor space, visited every afternoon by a family of turkeys! Everything we needed was provided, very comfortable bed! Walk to the beach. What more could you ask for!

Great location!

Sweet basement apartment on the southern side of Plum Island. Ed was kind and the location was fabulous with easy access to the beach and a short walk to local shops. This island is magical.

Convenient and quaint

Very nice to be so close to the beach and enjoy the national park. Might suggest a newer AC unit as it would likely save on electric and cool more efficiently. Host was very polite and quiet and a nice neighborhood.

Great stay in a cozy apartment by the beach!

This is a great spot, closely located by the beach, pet friendly, and the perfect amount of space. The small kitchen was enough to prepare meals for my wife and I and. There is a great selection of old books and photos. Ed provided great recommendations in the area to visit as well. If you're coming to Plum Island, you don't want to miss this spot!
