Perfect location.

We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back.

Interesting

This was the 2nd time I was at this property. The location is great, parking is a challange but "doable". What was different was the unit I was in . It appeared to need to some TLC. It was clean but worn. For example the wall desk needed repairs, corners of cabinents were pealing, closet door did not close all the way, hinges maybe bent.The unit was missing chairs to sit on. There was a kitchen table- no chairs. I left a message with managment and they delivered two kitchen chairs with appolstered chair seats the next morning. Great response, however the chair seats were worn and needed cleaining. Using towels to cover the chair seats made them usuable
