Property Features - High-speed internet, smart TV in living room and master bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, stackable washer/dryer unit in kitchen, off-street parking for up to 2 small vehicles to park tandem (or 1 larger vehicle), Keurig coffee maker, a 1/2 bath on the first floor of the main house, a full bath with stand up shower on the second floor of the main house, clean linens and bath towels provided for all guests, dedicated dining area off the kitchen.
Sleeping Situation - The property sleeps up to 5 people:
(1) Bedroom #1: Queen bed, located on 2nd floor of main house
(2) Bedroom #2: Queen bed, located on 2nd floor of main house
(3) Detached bunk house: Twin bed, located across the garden on ground level. Note! The bedroom is not available from October-May!
Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important - No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
