We really enjoyed our one night stay at Innside Newcastle. The hotel is modern and well designed Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. Extremely good value for money, great location on the river. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Will most definitely stay here next time we are in Newcastle.

I had a lovely stay at the INNSiDE. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean, with a good gym and a reasonable breakfast. The hotel is walkable from the city centre and railway station. The location next to the Tyne offers fantastic views and there are plenty of dining options close to the hotel

Clean room, good mini bar. Biscuits in room would be nice. A hot cooked breakfast appears to be as rare as rocking horse poop. Raised it twice and still not hot. The pastries and fruit are good

I stayed one night at INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service felt warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights for me was the atmosphere of the hotel itself. I really enjoyed the artwork and creative touches throughout the building, which gave it a stylish and unique character. Combined with the excellent location on the Quayside, it made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle.

Lovely hotel, large room with a river view, room nice and clean, free soft drinks and water. Sadly for me the mattress was a bit to firm and the breakfast wasn't as good as another rival hotel.
