Good spot close to beach and some restaurants and shops (GOA Indian is Good) Clean etc.. Strange noise in the morning think it was someone running a bath for 15mins also had to ring to check-in and told key was behind plant pot.

We only stayed overnight and didn’t have breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the receptionist was friendly. We were in a ground floor room so didn’t see the upper parts of the hotel, I’m not sure an exceptional rating truly reflects this hotel as it really needs some maintenance. It was cheap so I think the price fairly reflected what we got.

I have been staying at the Lemonfield for over 30 years through a few different owners. Each owner has made updates and rooms are now en-suite. One of the best features was the breakfast, but this now has a charge and I decided not to try it. The location is great, close to the sea( some rooms having a view) with local shops, pubs and cafes all within walking distance.
