"The view and property were amazing. The owners had a beach front lounge with an honor bar which was truly an added bonus. They were on site and were very helpful with local info. One recommendation is to make sure you get a rental car due to the remote location and not easy to get taxis."

"I am a returning visitor to the island and I loved the property. The landscaping is amazing with all the variety of fruit trees and the walking path made it so easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, plenty of room for my three children to swim and play without being on top of one another. The location was perfect, far enough away to have privacy but close enough to get to the grocery stores in 3 minutes, town in 5 minutes and Pinney’s beach is just a 7 drive away. "

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."

"We had the great pleasure of spending 10 days at Pelican Point - a stunning, chill beach house that you'll never want to leave. The wrap around porch is the perfect place to spend your evenings if you're not out at some of the incredible nearby restaurants (Drift, Bananas, Sunshines...), and the pool is absolute perfection. We cannot wait to come back - but next time for longer! "

"We found it very difficult to communicate with the absentee owner, who had not provided proper directions even up to the time when we arrived in Charlestown. Only through the assistance of a stranger who allowed us to use his office wifi, were we able to talk with the owner, who was in Hong Kong, then our newfound friend drove us to the location in his personal car. We were met there by a local person who apparently cares for the property. The house is badly in need of repair, many lights not...

"This Loft was quite cozy. Located within walking distance of the ocean and also a beautiful pool. Near several restaurants and not far from the strip. Cynthia was a great host and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay there again."
