"The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards."

I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they covering up something? The room was VERY warm. Finally figured out the A/C. It did not work with the wall thermostat. In the shower toilet area, the door just barely gets past the toilet. No body wash. Just shampoo and 2 body lotion. bugs flying in the room. We will not be back to this hotel."
