"Spacious and lovely house with excellent host communications. Most impressive were the high quality mattresses and bedding on all of the beds - so often, beds in rentals are terrible. We ALL slept so well. The hot tub was well maintained and in great shape and we used it almost nightly. The kitchen had all the basics, and excellent pots and pans, but we spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and would have loved more cooking implements and supplies. But good enough! "We stayed at this beautiful house, about one block from the Grafton Inn, for two nights for a wedding, and we absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful house, with lots of charm and plenty of space, and it is very comfortable, with lovely bedding and bath products. We'll have to think of another excuse to visit Grafton again so we can book it again! I would highly recommend this property to other families, friends, etc."

"This house was a homerun. It was so clean and up to date; the small touches like the chargers in every room, and the kid friendly play area made staying in the house a joy. The back porch was basically our oasis for morning coffee, toddlers naptime reading and late night relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the crib was in a room with blackout curtains, which made putting a feral 2yo to bed a cinch. They also had a training potty, and a high chair, which tells me this owner really enjoys...

"We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner.
