"The property is in a great location ~ walking distance to yummy restaurants & noteworthy sites! Accommodations were comfy, clean & well-appointed; our room was spacious & laid out nicely for travellers. Breakfast was perfect with lots of healthful options! Our host was wonderful with interesting stories, helpful suggestions & a high degree of professionalism! Our stay at the Balmoral made our first visit to St. John’s a highly memorable experience! Grateful!"

"The room was immaculate and had everything we needed including a small fridge and coffee supplies. Micheala even delivered home made muffins for breakfast! The house was quiet and check in was super easy and the bathroom was fully stocked. The room was even better than I expected and it was a short drive into Trinity. Would stay there again."
