"Communication and getting into the apartment went perfectly. The apartment was not as nice as the pictures. It was clean with the exception of mold in the shower, around the windows and the ceiling. There was a missing piece of the bedroom vertical blinds so the sun woke us up each day around 5am. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. The ac blew so cold. The pantry and fridge were very well stocked as others have mentioned. The neighborhood felt safe but i would not call it...

"We really enjoyed this property- Pros- there was lots of room to relax and let all the kids have space away from each other. The laundry was great and convenient. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, plus some basic cooking supplies. The master and the living room had separate cooling/heating units we could use for different temperatures in different spaces the radiator was nice to warm up the second bedroom. "Very comfortable accommodations; super clean; plenty of space; many thoughtful amenities; walked to Warner Bros studio tour and Whole Foods. Roku tv provided instead of cable tv. Brighter lighting would be nice. Some noise when upper unit was occupied."

"The place was great! The “designated parking spot” was too small for our car, and street parking was sometimes a challenge. The dryer was full of damp towels when we arrived. A few dishes put away unclean. Minor inconveniences, otherwise we had an awesome time!"

"When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. You have to get into the property to get the garage door opened to go to the parking. I sent an email in response to the check in and out rules to clarify that went unanswered.
