Custom built unique cabin in the trees on top of mountain surrounded by trails and streams with log beams, vaulted ceilings, tons of windows.

***A 4 wheel drive is required to use up the gravel road.***. Walking trails, huge firepit area, covered porch, deck with lots of sitting area, internet, grill, amenities.

Get off the grid with Starlink Internet (if you want it) at the same time! 4000ft up on top of DoubleHead Mountain surrounded in complete serenity of acres upon acres of undeveloped land that is almost impossible to be found anymore. You’ll want a 4 wheel drive to adventure up the gravel road which is a beautiful experience in itself!

Great Artist, Hiker and Writers Retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountain. Enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the woods, local wildlife, local trails, creeks and mountain views, or venture out to local attractions with beautiful views everywhere you go. Enjoy the firepit to wind down the day.

30 minutes form multiple waterfalls, wineries, 30 miles from Grandfather Mountain, Mount Mitchell, Roan Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls & Gorge. Appalachian trail access nearby.

Skiing (Beech, Sugar and Hawksnest ski resorts), trout fishing, white water rafting, horseback riding, zip lining, hiking, cut your own Christmas trees and exploring the quaint local towns.

Secluded and Perfect!

My husband and I just needed to get away and this place was perfect! It is remote, secluded and we felt right at home! The space was clean, eclectic and the owners artistic flair was obvious! The owners were very responsive without being intrusive - would definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin

Perfect getaway cabin on top of a mountain. We got to hunker down in a windy storm that turned into snowfall, and we were very comfortable. It was a real delight to wake up surrounded by snow covered rhododendrons.
