Room was spacious and mostly comfortable. The only negative was the sofa sleeper. It was extremely cheap and very uncomfortable. My grandchildren could hardly sleep on it and it would be very uncomfortable for an adult. Other 2 beds in the suite were great. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. 24 hour pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the free breakfast offered in the morning. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The soaking tub in our king room was dangerous to get in and out of. Not a well planned idea for the room. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of service.

We stayed here for a Super Bowl party that that Prairie Hills hosted in the golf simulators. It was a great time! The room was huge with floor to ceiling windows. Very clean and had everything you could want. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing!

The staff at this place is amazing so helpful and friendly. We had a big group of family staying for New Years and my sisters 50th bday. They were so accommodating let us play games in the lobby even one night one of the employees brought us cookies. Whatever you guys are doing to make this employees happy it shows. The hotel is located right off of the exit 187 (I-90 E), 17 minutes away from downtown Spokane (for Seattle people that’s so close by). So I could avoid those too many homeless people in DT Spokane.
Quiet neighborhood, parking lot is a lot, I can’t vouch for safety but I didn’t see or experience anything bad during stay.
Staff are very cordial, helpful and friendly (I engaged with front office staff and dining room staff).
