Upstairs 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with a large open concept kitchen/family room and vaulted ceilings. (We also manage lower condo unit, message me for listing link for larger groups traveling together) Unit has a front balcony patio with a gas BBQ and seating. Master with queen and en suite, 2nd bedroom with queen, 3rd with full over full bunk bed. Kitchen ready to use with dishes, pots and pans etc.. It has a Keurig, and coffee pot as well as a Crockpot. Washer/dryer sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas in the garage, 4 bikes available. 2 car reserved parking. (one in garage, one in driveway) Parking is hard to come by, so this is awesome! Drive way is large enough for vans and SUVs. Great central Newport location. Easy bike ride to Balboa or Huntington Beach. About a mile walk (takes us about 30 mins along the water at a leisurely pace) to the Newport Pier for restaurants and shopping. Only about 100 steps from the front door to the sand. The beach out front is much less crowded than those closer to the pier and public day use parking lots. We have really tried to make this place feel like home. Our annual beach trip has created priceless family memories. We are nuzzled in a quiet and safe family neighborhood. We have several families that stay at our place every year and have made it a part of their tradition as well. We are not a large property management company, just a family doing our best to keep our home updated and comfortable to make it a great place for your family to call home base during your time at the beach.
