A sleek and modern coastal retreat awaits in this thoughtfully furnished 2BR/2BA ground-floor residence, ideally located just half a block from the popular 29th Street beach and boardwalk. With an inviting open layout and an ocean-view front patio, this home is perfectly suited for relaxed, year-round family getaways.
LIVING & DINING AREA:
The open-concept living space features a large L-shaped sofa, streaming TV, and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the front patio. The adjacent dining area includes a table with seating for six, creating a comfortable space for gathering and entertaining.
BEDROOMS:
- Bedroom 1: King bed; streaming TV; ceiling fan
- Bedroom 2: Twin bed and full/twin bunk bed; ceiling fan; small closet
BATHROOMS:
- Bathroom 1 (hallway): Large walk-in shower
- Bathroom 2 (hallway): Walk-in shower
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The front patio offers seating for four, a propane gas BBQ grill, and an ocean view—perfect for enjoying coastal breezes just steps from the beach.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with all major and small appliances for convenient meal preparation. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.).
YOUR STAY ALSO INCLUDES:
- Wi-Fi
- Ceiling fans throughout
- Wall heater in dining area and individual wall heaters in each bedroom
- 4 low-profile beach chairs
- Hair dryer
- Iron and ironing board
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2BR/2BA ground-floor residence, including all interior spaces and the front patio.
SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY:
We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, one twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) is provided.
Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One space is provided in a shared double garage and accommodates smaller vehicles only. Trucks and SUVs will not fit, and the garage must remain closed when not in use. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
